Waste Less: Ghetto Martha Stewart Project
Martha Stewart has a list of 25 Eco-Chic Ideas for Your Home. One of the projects directs us to "Insert chopsticks or wooden dowels into an unused toothbrush holder" to create a drying rack for used Zip-Locks.

As per re-using plastic bags, all I can think of are things like mold, mildew, and food poisoning. Sorry, not for me.
your title -- and the picture -- really gave me a laugh. i've been wondering how to dry those suckers out after washing!
