Step 1: Print out the pattern (pdf), preferably on cardstock, or disassemble a paper envelope that you like and use it as your pattern.
Step 2: Trace pattern onto a piece of cardboard. Line the top flap fold up with a fold that's already in the cardboard if you can to make things a little easier.

Step 3: Fold bottom flap up and sides in. Glue or tape side flaps; glue is more professional looking, but tape is way easier and you don't have to wait for it to dry. I used tape. Fold top flap down.
